No link received from ID-pal for ISD portal

Has anyone else experienced this? My wife tried to register with the immigration customer service portal, to submit an application to remain in the state. We got to the bit where we were supposed to receive a link to download ID-pal, the verification service. Link never arrived. No response from idpalsupport@justice.ie.

Try with a different email-id. It worked for me.
