Your expertise will help a lot with the below query:

History:
-Overstayer
-Relationship Since 2019, Civil Partnered(opposite sex) since June 2021
2021 The EU settlement scheme application was rejected on eligibility due to the need for a residence permit before Brexit day.
-FLR FP applied in 2024 and got rejected and is going for Appeal.

I'm ready to go back home (KSA); my query is regarding the EU Family Permit.

My partner (EU national) has settled status in the UK.
-Does this qualify as a "durable relationship" under the Withdrawal Agreement, given that it existed before 31 December 2020?
-What type of evidence will strengthen our case? We primarily have WhatsApp messages and written references from friends confirming cohabitation.
-Has anyone successfully applied with limited evidence of cohabitation and relationship history? (From Outside UK)
-She covers financial aspect of application earns more then 29K
