My Filipino partner is applying for permission to remain in the State as the parent of an Irish Citizen Child.
I'm hoping for some advice or clarification from others before completing and submitting the form.
EVIDENCE OF RESIDENCY
I am the tenant with the Council and will ask the Council to put the mother's name and our Irish daughter's name on the tenancy agreement
we will register for a Mobile phone in the applicant's own name .
Evidence that the applicant is playing an active role in the life of the Irish citizen child
Letter from school/crèche providing records that the parent that they drop off or collect the child
Letter from the doctor confirming that the applicant attended medical appointments with the child
The applicant, Filipino, might also apply to be on the voting register so as to get a letter from the Government sent to our address.
Outline in detail the emotional and financial role that you play in the daily life of the Irish citizen child
Up until a couple of weeks ago, the applicant took care of our daughter in the Philippines. Until such time as she is granted permission to remain in Ireland, she won't be earning money. I'm not sure how best to respond to this question.
Thanks
