I am the one earning on a graduate visa - partner is a UK citizen - can I apply for a partner visa

Post by sunnyg1997 » Wed Jan 22, 2025 3:57 pm

I have currently been in the UK since September 2016 bar an 8 - 9 month gap where I was back home in singapore due to covid. I am currently in a 4 year relationship and on a graduate visa since graduating in 2024 July. I was looking to apply for a partner visa howver my partner does not currently have an income. I make 50k a year and was wondering if I am still able to apply for a partner visa

I am hoping that after my partner visa I qualify for ILR - 10 years on any visa
