Dependent Visa for Skilled Worker Before April 2024

Hi, I came as a student in the UK and Got a Skilled Worker Visa for 5 Years before the Changes in Law of 1st April 2024.
Now I want to invite my dependent after getting married outside of the UK.
My Visa Type is Highly Skilled Worker in the field of Data Science.
According to the new rules, I do not meet the salary requirement, my Question is will I be able to invite my wife after I get married outside of the UK with the same visa and salary that I currently have?
If yes then how long I will have to apply for is it 3 years or the remaining period which I have on my visa?
