Email invite but different reply in portal

Hi. My wife received an invite to the citizenship ceremony last week and we accepted that. Got email confirmation regarding the confirmation of the same. However a week before we got the invite, we had put up query on immigration portal regarding our invite and today someone replied saying that they have received the documents but Dublin ceremony is fully booked and department will be in touch regarding future ceremony. I presume that was just generic reply and since we have email invite and confirmation we should attend the ceremony as usual?

I'd ask another query/reopen another one to be sure. Did you confirm your invite?
