Urgent advice needed for spouse visa application outside uk

Post by Farzana786 » Sun Feb 16, 2025 12:59 am

Hi can anyone help urgently below situation.
My husband was married in January 2014.bride was uk citizen.after couple of weeks later she went back in uk and didn't make any contact with him.he came in uk as visit visa for few months in same year and back to bangladesh within time period when brides family accepted she denied the marriage.
after few years later he finalised talaqnama in Bangladesh court in 2019 but informal talaq was completed straight away after he came in bangladesh.by that time his ex already got married.
We got married in 2024 and I'm going to apply for him and im uk citizen.
My question is his ex was from uk citizen and in talaqnama mentioned her adress is in Bangladesh does he need to mention she was uk citizen.because he doesn't have any details of her. And another concern will raise if he add as british citizen there isn't any proof their final divorce copy from uk.there wasn't anywhere documented their marriage as british citizen where she just in bangladesh for couple of weeks..also another concern will rise if he got married with uk citizen then why he came to visit visa
If he doesnt mention as british citizen on application and shows Bangladeshi court approved divorce letter will it be any problem.
Can anyone please reply urgent that for me.it would be really helpful.
Thanks

Also does he still need to inform he visited in uk where it's been over 10 years.

When he got married in 2024, did he get a marriage certificate? What evidence does he have that he was previously married?
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!
