Wrong expiry date in gnib card

I have recently applied online for the renewal of gnib card and paid 300 euro and received the new card with 2 months validity.
I raised queries regarding the issue and visited the immigration office and they are forcing me to submit a renewal application online.
the payment of 300 euro is for 2 months ?
To whom shall I report this to rectify the same ?
