Visit visa uk

Post by Karen-25 » Sun Feb 23, 2025 10:00 pm

I have a question where my partner is sponsoring his friend and has sent documents for a visit visa for his friend to come to UK but has given my joint mortgage statement to show he's a joint owner yet I pay the mortgage and he's sent this without my consent. He's also stated that we have a spare room in our house and that's where he will stay which is also incorrect,as he will not be residing with us. I'm aware I can report online however I'm not sure when the application will be submitted and will never know this so I need advice what else I can do ? And what other action I can take.

This sounds more like a domestic issue. Tell your partner not to do that again!

I'm sure he knows that his friend wouldn't or can't stay at your place without your consent. Ask him what his plans are?
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!
