ILR Application

Post by Tanix » Tue Feb 25, 2025 6:01 am

Hi,

I applied for my ILR on the 21st February 2025 and had my biometrics on the 24th February 2025. I paid for super priority service. However, after my biometrics, I got the following email from home office:

Unfortunately, there has been a technical error in the upload of your biometrics therefore, we are unable to consider the application at this time.

We are working with our resolutions team to resolve this as soon as possible and you will recalled to capture your biometrics.

Please be advised that as we are unable to consider your application today, we will refund the Super Priority Visa fee once we are able and we will still consider your application as soon as possible.

In the mean time, please provide the following documents:

Please what does this mean? Will I now be forced to use the standard service or will they still consider me using super priority, since the fault is theirs? Has anyone ever been in this situation? I am so worried and sad.

Prior to this, I had gotten a confirmation email from tls saying my biometrics was successfully submitted to home office.
