Skilled worker extion application

Post by xor83 » Sun Mar 02, 2025 12:57 pm

Hello,

I'm completing a Skilled Worker visa extension application for my child and have encountered the question: "Have you been to the UK in the past 10 years?" Our family entered the UK four years ago under my Skilled Worker visa and has resided here since. Additionally, we took a three-week holiday to India during this period, which we've already detailed in the travel history section of the application. Given this information, should I answer "Yes" to the question about past visits to the UK? Furthermore, why is this information requested again when we've already provided our travel history elsewhere in the application?

Thank you,

These questions are totally unimportant. It does not matter what you answer really. Your travel history has very little relevance for a dependent extension application

Thanks for your reply. However, for the sake of the application, I think I should answer "no." If I say "yes," it starts asking for all the travel details again, which gets confusing.

Its a generic question asked for many different visa.
