Skilled work visa priority service delay

Hi,
I applied for Skilled worker visa with Priority service and it is getting delayed.
Biometric done outside UK on 14-Feb-2025
Online Interview added on 23-Feb-2025
It has past more than two week after interview and no response yet.
Does anyone know, how I can reach out them to follow up.
Why they are taking so long for priority visa service?

It has been more than three week since application submitted. How I should reach out them for update ? Is there any email contact ?

Priority service is not guaranteed. It only works for a straightforward applications.

Usually, they should update you if your case is not straightforward and cannot be processed with priority.
