Increase in IHS Fee

Hello,
I switched from ICT to skilled worker visa few days back. My visa was successful and got 3 years of visa. I now started application for my spouse and while I try to pay the IHS fee, the total comes for 3.5 years which is £3622.5 instead of £3105. I am not sure how it has considered the duration more than 3 years. Should I proceed with paying the fee and then raise for a refund or should I make any changes in the application as I assume it may be because of BRP expiry of 31st Dec 2024 for everyone.
