Size restriction on additional document submitted by email

Post by jnankit29 » Thu Mar 27, 2025 4:49 pm

Hello,

I received an email from Home Office to send additional documents via email to them for processing my ILR application.

The documents I have prepared are of size 14.5 MB. I am wondering if there is any size restriction for these documents sent in the email attachment for such requests from Home Office.

Please help and share recommendation if you have information about this or have an experience on this.

Thank you.

Not sure how is this an immigration question. Most email providers should allow at least 50MB attchemnets or more. Send the documents

Thank you for your reply.

Apologies if the query didn't seem appropriate for this forum. I was only trying to avoid the situation when the documents don't reach home office because they exceed the maximum size limit of their email provider.

I will send the documents and hopefully they will receive :-)

Thank you.
