"Previous Immigation Applications" - ILE Vignette??

Hi, I'm finally applying for naturalisation after being in the UK since 2006 (I was 4 years old). I first entered on an Indefinite Leave to Enter visa, granted to me in Indonesia when I was 3 years old.

I'm unsure how to answer this question: "Have you made any previous UK immigration applications in the UK or abroad?". I personally have not made the application, it was my mother who applied for me, have no recollection of the application and cannot retrieve the details from my parents. So would this be a yes or a no?

There would have been an application in your name, so I would answer Yes and explain in a cover letter the circumstances of how you entered the country.
