eVisa UKVI Account Details

Hi there,
We received a letter from HO on 20.03.2025 regarding our 30-month visa on the FLRFP application, which was on appeal on FTT and allowed on 08.02.2025. In the letter, the HO states the next steps as follows:

"The Home Office will create a UKVI Account for you and send you further information about how to sign in and access your eVisa within 14 days of this notice being served. "

Since 20.03.2025, we have been waiting for the email and have not received it yet.

What should we do now ? Any advice will be great.
