Help please, Which form do I use?

Hello,

Please assist, I am on a 10 year route however I’ve had different categories over the last 10 years. I’ve had FLR FP as a parent, FLR FP as parent 5 year Route, FLR FP 10 year Route and my last and current leave is FLR M as a spouse. I was married throughout all my applications but was always granted under different categories.

I am due to apply for my ILR and unsure which form I use, is it Set M or Set LR?

The advice for people under the 10-year family route is always to apply under the family rules using the form 'adult settlement'.

SET(LR) can also be used regardless of the visa route you are on and can be used as long as you have 10 years (aka ILR under long residence) however the long residence route has different requirements as well as an absence limit.
