Border Control Information

I don't have my new passport information in my UKVI, I only have BRP

During FLR, I used my old passport then my new passport smoothly.
When I applied for ILR, I used my new passport.
Does border control/egate know my new passport info as I used it during ILR process?

I am reluctant to add my new passport to UKVI account as I am traveling tomorrow and I'm afraid of system errors and glitches. The way it is working now is perfect for me.
