Refrees for Citizenship application

Hello,

I am planning to use my work colleague as the refree. One of my colleague is British citizen and over 25years old, that fulfills the requirement for first refree. Another refree is an Australian with CPA from Australia. The CPA is recognised in UK. However, her job title doesn't say accountant - its FP&A lead.

Can I use her as my second refree?
