ILR 10 Yr route eligibility

Hi,
First entry into UK on Tier 2 ICT Short Term - 07-08-2015
Went back to home country on - 26-07-2016
Again entered on Tier 2 ICT Long Term - 01-10-2016 (within 2 months and 5 days)
Got Skilled Worker Visa on - 09-10-2021 and still on SWV.
Can I apply for ILR in July/August 2025 considering the initial short term ICT visa as well?
