hsmp withour earnig point

any one heard about hsmp u apply without earning poin,one of agent said to me that u will get your hsmp without showing earnig we have to wright one latter to claim your point and he said to me i did 2 hsmp like that and all he got it,i dont know any thig about that if is true late me know plzzz

Not sure the intentions of the agent but if you can make 75 points without earnings .. you can get HSMP.. thought this is not possible.. unless u have Phd, less than 28 years if age and UK experiance.. so be careful and do some more homework on the agent..
