EEa national arriving UK with NonEEA with 6 mo visa- advice

Post by petra » Sun Feb 15, 2009 11:51 pm

Hello to all

I left UK about 2 year ago. I was working full time and registered on worker scheme and spent about 18 months then.

Now I am in Slovak and have married to my husband (a non-eea person from Pakistan) and have twins 6 month old.

at the moment I am on maternaty leave.
My husband have got a entry clearance visa for six month and we are moving to UK for good.
We want to start business in UK.

what we need to do once we arrive UK? to extend the six months visa...

regards

I am not sure whether that still counts, or whether you have to go through the WRS again.

So you spouse has an EEA Family Permit? The next step would be either FMRS or EEA2, depending on the WRS.

I know that If I want to start business than I would be exempt from WRS.
But I am not sure do I need to send EEA1 only to HO or my non-EEA spouse will also have to send EEA2 form..

Anyone please can answer this question.

I am not sure do I need to send EEA1 only to HO or my non-EEA spouse will also have to send EEA2 form?
