Requirements to enter UK from Germany

Hello Forum Members,

Please help us for important guidance to enter UK from Germany, this is very urgent as next week we have to make first entry into UK after geting Tier 1 Visa. I need information for the following:-------------

As we are Indians working in Germany for last one and half year.

1. Do we need chest X-ray from Germany to show at airport in UK, for example we will arrive at Stensted airport. What it will cost to get X-ray at UK airport ?


2. Or is it sufficient if we produce a written statement from Germany Doctor that persons travelling are good health wise and they do not have TB in particular, as UK airport enquires the TB status of Indians, as we came to know about this thing from this forum.

3. What are the initial formalities to be done in first brief visit of one week, as right now because of economy, we do not have any job offer.
We will move finally only after getting work in UK later on.
