Hi Friends,
Could any of you please clarify my following doubts in filling VAF9 and Appendix 1 forms.

VAF 9
1. In 2.7 what is the format we have to use for place of birth
I was born at
Country : India
State : Tamil Nadu
City : Chennai

2. In 3.2 What to write in issuing authority of passport?
I got my passport from Passport office in Chennai.

3. In 4.2 what is the format to write phone numbers both landline and mobile number?

4. In 5.11 what is the format we have to use for fathers place and country of birth? e.g Chennai, Tamil Nadu India

Appendix 1
1. In 7.1 in which currency we need to specify 2800GBP???.

No specific format but City,state,country would be sensible

I specified Regional Passport Office,Chennai

3. In 4.2 what is the format to write phone numbers both landline and mobile number?

Again no specific format ,but city code followed by number is sensible

4. In 5.11 what is the format we have to use for fathers place and country of birth? e.g Chennai, Tamil Nadu India

No specific format but City,state,country would be sensible

Appendix 1
1. In 7.1 in which currency we need to specify 2800GBP???.

Yes 2800 GBP,pls specify it in GBP
