criminal record inquiry

Hi all,

do I have to declare charges which have been dropped after proving that I was under high dosages or prescribed drugs which affected me. charges were dropped after experts from both sides examined me and confirmed this.

I would clarify that history in a cover letter just to be on the safe side.
