Documents and Dates to submit the documents

I am applying for my wife’s spouse visa extension and would appreciate some guidance regarding the supporting documents.

We have gathered the following evidence to demonstrate that we have been living together at the same address:

Council tax bills – in both our names

Tenancy agreement / house contract – in both our names

Water bills – in both our names

Her bank statements – covering the last two years

My bank statements – from two separate accounts, covering the last two years

Gas and electricity bills – in my name, covering the last two years

Could you please help whether this documentation is sufficient to meet the Home Office requirements for proving cohabitation?

Additionally, my wife’s current visa expires on the 9th. I have already submitted the online application,Do i have to submit the documents before the 9th ?
Her biometric appointment is scheduled for the 13th. Do I need to upload all supporting documents before the 13th, or is it acceptable to upload them before the biometric appointment on the 13th?
