So I'm sponsoring my father in law to come visit us from Pakistan.
He runs a diary farm business and has a considerable amount of money evident in his bank statements.
The issue is that in the income tax document he has provided, the income from the business has been entered as 0, and all money has been shown as coming from 'other sources'
I'm sure this has been done to avoid the payment of tax but how does this impact the visa application. Do bank statements suffice on their own? Can we not disclose the income tax document?
