10 year ILR

I came on student visa in January 2017 and went back in October 2018. Student visa expired in October 2018.
I was diagnosed with tumor during that period and I went India and had surgery to remove tumor.
I then came back to UK in February 2020 on another student visa. Currently on parent visa until April 2028.
My question is will I be eligible for 10 year long residency ILR in January 2027?
I have all the medical reports and I can still get detailed reports.
