confusion in conversion rates- plesae help - urgent !!

Hello,

I will be applying for tier1 general tomorrow form zurich switzerland. As per the rules here, i need to first submit the application online and then visit the visa application center for doc submission and biometrics.
My question is - what is the conversion rates I need to consider ??? The rates when i submit the application online or the rates when I submit the docs and biometrics in VAC ??
