Spouse visa VAF1 Section 7 and doc list

Thanks for your help; the information was really useful for us.

As you know I am working with a work permit in the UK and I recently got
married. I would like my spouse to accompany me in near future.



List of documents (I gathered this from you list and VAF1 form)



1) Certified copy of my passport

2) Certified copy of my Workpermit

3) Job contract

4) Letter from employer stating salary, designation and duration etc.

5) 6-12 Month Bank Statements (I live in west midlands, Stourbridge,
what do you think is a decent funds I am suppose to have to satisfy Visa
officer)

6) Residential proof for last 12 months ( I have been moving a lot last
6 months and planning to rent a place of me own again)

7) New house renting contract

Utility bills from previous renting and letter of landlord when was
sharing the property or utility bills not available

9) Marriage Certificate (Indian Marriage registration)

10) Marriage Photographs

11) Resignation letter for Spouse's work

12) Last name change on spouse's passport

13) VAF1 application form

14) Visa fees: All other long term entry Rs 6400 (Is this ok right - Indian
money ?? )

PS : Do we need to fill following section for dependant spouse visa in VAF1
form?



SECTION 7 . EMPLOYMENT IN THE UNITED KINGDOM

. You only need to complete this section if you are applying as a work
permit holder, or to take up permit-free employment
