PSW Refusal

i was refused psw visa on the grounds that within the 3months period that you have to hold £800 my balance went down by £5 on a particular day for a few hours and that same day i realized i put back the money in there it came as a late charge from a transaction 2weeks earlier i have the appeal form in there so i have appealed against it what are my chances i need advice ?
