Change in rules for HSMP Tier 1 - April 2009

Hi All,

As i've heard that the rules for Tier 1 application are changing from April 2009 where in from april a applicant would need a Masters degree. Enquired UK Visa processing team in india, they replied stating that their was no confirmation yet.

Since i'm planning to submit my application by end of april from India (Zone)
Is there any process to apply and get the HSMP approval letter first and later submit the proof documents.
or do we need to provide all the document proofs at the time of submitting application

Can anyone provide me the detailed procedure as to how to start off with HSMP Process as an applicaint from India

Does any of you have confirmed information on change that will effect from April,2009

No you cannot do it

You can read the existing T1 Application guide and T1 Application Form to get a clear mind of how to apply T1:

Or, you can ask uk visa consultant in your country if you want to pay for the service.

The new rule will be published on 31 March 2009 so there shouldn't be anyone knows the rule already.
