basic questions about applying within UK

My husband is applying for the HSMP. We are planning on mailing the application on Monday.

My husband has an offer from a U.S. company, but they will let him work from anywhere via telecommuting. They are desperate for my husband to begin working full-time as soon as possible. He can only work 20 hrs per week on his student visa. We are enclosing the offer with the application and requesting that the HSMP team expedite the application. Will they only expedite for UK-based companies, or will they consider it for foreign companies as well? We can probably get the presidents of 3 companies involved in the project to fax letters of their urgent need for hubby's specialized skills. Should we have them fax the HSMP team or fax us and include those letters with the application?

Also--we are applying from within the UK. Should we submit the FLR application with the HSMP application in the same packet, especially if we are requesting that they expedite it? Do they both go to Doncaster?

And something I've heard conflicting info about is the fee for FLR (HSMP). The application I have says no fee is required. Croyden told me that £121 was required. Anyone know?

DOH! Somehow I had downloaded old copies of the HSMP, FLR and guidance documents. I got them recently, so don't even know how that happened. I have all the new ones now, so I answered my own questions.

The only thing I'm wondering about now is the possibility of expediting the HSMP part.
