Yes that's the appeal bundle which the HO rep will be relying upon on the day of the appeal. You can always seek for re-consideration if you feel there has been an error in the judgement, at that stage I would say you should seek legal representation if you haven't got one. IF that does happen then you have 5 working days to appeal the decision and you can then appoint a legal rep to look into the reconsideration for you.trahar2003 wrote:but i have submitted my form indicating no representation but if for any reason i lose the case then i would get a legal representation or at this stage can i still try to get legal help ?
