Im live in uk for 4 year and working full time . can i claim CTC and WTC ?
I have "Residence Card 5 Year for me and my spouse

When i apply Permanent Residence Card for me 01/02/2010 or for my spouse 01/10/2010
can by problem for me and my spouse Permanent Residence Card ?

Whether you and your spouse, jointly, can claim Tax Credits will depend upon circumstances and family income. However this is no reason to think that any such claim would have any impact upon any applications for confirmation of PR status.
