Help!Got Tier 1 (General) visa today but origianal doc lost

Post by sasawat » Wed Apr 08, 2009 5:17 pm

Guys, need your inputs. I've just received my passport stamped with tier 1 visa today. However, in the pouch, i found that the embassy returned only some original documents such that original IELTS score and IOM Turbulocosis form were lost. Does anyone have experience on this???? Need your urgent inputs.... what should I do??? Thanks!

You can call HO and request those docs to be sent back to you. Unless they have been lost, they should be returning those to you, since they ar legally oblige to return the originals and can keep photocopies if needed.

Thanks Rax. I applied from Bangkok. In this case, should I call VFS or the british embassy? Do you know how they may help? Thanks again man
