Since my leave to remain was expired 10 months ago and when i sent my application for an extension, i have received no respond from HO. At the same time, since then i don't have a work permit. Now tell me how can i support myself, with only Â£50 week! and now i received electricity and gass bills of around Â£160, how can i pay it if am not allowed to wrok? is it justice? some how i should find this amount of, or get invlove in criminal activites....what should i do?

If you sent in your ltr application to be extended before it expired, then you are allowed to continue to work
so your lack of funds is your fault
if you commit a crime, then expect to be deported

I know committing crimes can lead to deportation, but what else choice do i have, since my visa was expired, i know i'm not allowed to work, because the ID card HO gave me, says "employment prohibited" and yes how long should i wait for it to be extended, its not 10 weeks but its 10 months! nearly a year since i'm waiting...lack of fund how can it be my fault if they don't allow me to work?

If employment was prohibited, then what are you complaining about. Then you came in in a non traditional way and you are trying the ho patience so just wait your turn or return your home country if you can't stick it out.
