Dear members,

pls allow me to explain briefly about my case

I am working full time since July 2008, holding a valid IGS visa, with an expiring date of 16 April 2009. On 12 March, I sent out the application form to extend my IGS to Tier 1, four days ago, (20 April) I received a letter from Home office stating my application got rejected due to the following reason:

1-“The HSBC statements you have provided do not precede your application date by one month, as they end on 06 Feb 2009,. And you submitted your application on 12 March 2009â€
