Applying in Person Tier 1 Extension from HSMP -ILR

Hello I would like to apply on 25 May for extension visa HSMP due to end on 30 June

If I apply in person and this gets approved in a day, will this affect ILR and get approved til 26 May 2012 or 30 June 2012?

I will apply 4-5 weeks before expiry

Per many post by other board members, it seems that HO is granting extensions from the date of expiry of the current leave and not from the date of application. This means we are talking about 30 June 2012 in your case.
