HSMP application recieval date confirmation from Home office

Is their a way to validate from the home office of the date they received the application ?

Also is it possible to get an email or confirmation online of the entry exit for the purpose of ILR

Assuming you need all your entry-exit dates and also visa application/approval date for ILR. You can request home office for Subject Access Request(SAR) report. This will contain all your information which home office have for you including immigration history.
