Tier1 Dependant Form Filling Question

Hi Experts,

Many thanks for answeing my questions. Especially to PUsh-HSMP

Apologies to anyone, i have one question while filling the form.
My Wife is on HSMP dependant status and i am extending her visa to Tier General along with my extension application.

On Page 29,
J1. Level of Funds the dependant must have

I selected 12 months and over ,it says now go to J3.

J3. Please provide evidence that the dependant. Funds may be in

I selected the perosnal bank or building society statments covering
3 periods.


THen there is an option Maintenance Certified by Sponsor
J4. Tick to confirm that the dependant has sent

A box to fill : A letter from A-rated sponsor confirming that where necessary, it will maintain and acoomdate the dependant during his/her first month in UK.?

Beneath it is written
Now go to section K

1. Do i need to fill J4 and then go to Section K or leave this one blank? Please suggest

Those questions u mentioned are Tier2/ workpermit holders related... not Tier1 General...
