My wife who had student visa and sent for extension in Jan 2009 and still waiting for outcome. ( Having seen others, i think her visa will be refused due to maintenance funds issue ).
I hold ILR since Nov 2008 and have a 1 year old baby with my wife.
Our marriage is not registered in UK as we needed to apply for COA. Why did we not? I was on Asylum before Nov 2008 and she arrived here in 2007.
If she does not get extension, what option would we have?
She has clearly said, she will not travel without baby if she had to return to Home Country. Child does not hold any passport as i wanted to register our marriage, then register child using MN1 form.
If she goes back with child and i applied for spouse visa, would she not be in trouble for not declaring any dependant in FLR(S)?
I am so restless and don't want her to go back..
