Hi All,
I hope this thread will serve new beginners with very fruitful information.

The very first question is, For initial request applier Tier-1, Do one need to sign the Appendix 1 Form's Part 9 Section? (I believe that it is not required for initial requester to fill this section. Logically it should not be signed)
