Does anyone reccomend a visa serivice to use when i apply?

I would like to use a visa service to help me apply for a visit visa that allows me to visit my boyfriend in the UK because i have been denied entry. I emailed one company with a quick paragraph saying basically that i have been denied entry and i was told i needed to apply for entry clearance if and when i decide to go back. I didn't get into the reason why as it was just a quick inquiry.

They emailed me back and said they could help me and told me their fees, then asked if i would like to proceed. Well when you are using any sort of service, it is best to ask a few questions about the kind of service you will get. I don't just jump into anything blindly. So i asked a few more short questions because my case is unique and i wanted to make sure they were the right ones to help me. They answered back so tersely that i was wondering had they even read my email, and then they asked me for my address, not even answering the question i had asked. So i asked them again and included my address in the email. They emailed me again, still not answering my questions about their service and asked me for my address AGAIN. This right there told me they hadn't read my email at all, because if they had, they would have clearly seen the address. This wasn't even a long email, only a short paragraph.

Now i don't even want to use their service because if they aren't even going to read the email i sent with valid questions about their services and to make sure i qualify for this visa, i dont assume they are going to help me to the best of their ability like i am an individual person with a unique case. I really just want help, not someone who is going to just take my money and not really care about me and if they really can help me or not.

Does anyone have any recommendations of a visa service that help you maybe? Or should I just hire a lawyer?
