FLR[M] or SET[M]

ive been in the u.k since 2002 as an asylum seeker.recently i got married to my partner who is british, but i dont know where to go from here. when i got my COA it came with a letter saying should apply for leave to remain using form FLR[M] but ive just found out that you need to have valid leave to remain to use that form, and its the same for form SET[M]WHAT SHOULD I DO ..PLEASE HELP

you said you are an asylum seeker, is your claim been successfull?
and how long it took you to get the COA.
