Receipt for Payment

Hi everyone,

I've sent my extension application by post and enclosed my credit card details in the form for payment. Will HO provide me the receipt of that payment? If not, how can I request for a receipt? I need receipt because I want to claim the fee from my employer.

You should be able to use your Credit/Debit card satement as a proof of payment ? sometimes depends on the employer as well.. but I guess this should be ok for most of the employers...

You can use your credit card statement + letter from HO (which contain your PBS reference no.) for the same.
