Help for ILR Jr - I have spent 260 days out of uk.

I have to apply for ILR after 3 months and I fall under ILR Jr.

I Have doubt about spent time outside the UK. I have spent 260 days out of the UK, and according to rules we can not stay more than 180 days out of the UK. One of my friend said that there are exemptions about it and in special scenario it is possible to justify the extended stay out of UK.

I have spent approximate 120 days out of UK on my company tour. But problem is that the company went to administration last year. I donot have any access to old emails neither any other evidence to prove that I was on Company Tour.

Although I had been paid salary and got salary slips for the duration when I was on company tour out of UK.

Can any body suggest me what should I do now? How will I be able to prove my extended stay out of UK without any letter or confirmation written by company officials?
