Any old HSMP holder has received the PR-back-dated letter?

I am a HSMP holder who got the visa in 02/2004. I was impacted on the 4 to 5 ILR change but anyway got the ILR in 01/2009 after completing 5-year working in the UK.

Following HO announcement on the reverse treatment, I posted HO the form on 21/05/2009 for them to back date my ILR to 01/2008 and refund my money for the second visa extension fee. I sent the post via registered mail and it arrived HO on 26/05/2009.

Since then, I have not heard anything from HO...... :cry:

Anyone got the letter or the refund already? Pls update your timeline.
