marriage

I am an over stayer and currently an asylum seeker, say i was granted a certificate of approval to get married, and then i get married,could i then apply for a spouse visa whilst am still in the UK or will i have to return back to my home country to apply for the spouse visa?

You'd have to go back to Ghana to apply for the spouse visa.
