I was working in UK as contractor and my HSMP is to expire on 25th Oct 09. I am intending to apply for its renewal by end of this month as I am out of job right now. I worked under unmbrella company for 10 months and limited company for a month in past 12 months and below is the set of couments i am putting in my application:
1. Age
- Passport
2. Education
- Masters degree certificate (also submitted for HSMP)
3. Previous earnings
Claiming for 2nd June 08 - 31st May 09
Period 2nd June - 31st May ( worked as contractor through umbrella company)
- Bank statements highlighting net salary credit
- payslips given by umbrella company for 10 months
- Umbrella company's letter for salary break up
Period 1st May till 31st May (worked as contractor thru limited company)
- Bank statement
- Payslip provided by limited company
- Letter from owner of limited company showing gross, net income for the month.
4.English Language
- Masters degree
- Letter from university ( also submitted in HSMP initial application)
5. Maintaince Funds
- Bank statements till 21st June 2009.
Could you please advice if going for in-person is better option as I have break of 1 month in my past 12 months period of earning?
Also do I need to include or exclude any of the documents?
